We have perfected our quality assurance system to incorporate the most effective measures to keep the facilities we clean running smoothly and maintaining high standards all our clients have come to expect.

COMPUTER MONITORING

Star Building Services uses highly developed software to monitor client accounts for quality customer service. Our quality assurance program allows us to use custom tools and computer driven controls to help us monitor any deficiencies in our clients accounts to help us respond quickly and in an appropriate manner. Star Building services resolves any issues quickly, follows up with inspections and provides team members performing the cleaning projects with the input needed to prevent recurrence.

REGULAR JOB SITE INSPECTIONS

All of the Facilities we service receives a regular inspection from one of our Quality Assurance representatives. We employ a Quality Assurance inspection manager who conducts quality audits in all our facilities on a regular basis. Details of the quality assurance report are provided to the Account Manager so that they can review their findings with there team members and take corrective actions if necessary. Clients are also give access to the results and the corrective actions that are needed.
